Where we ship

We ship to the United States and Canada, as well as to the other countries available at checkout.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Available shipping methods, rates and estimated delivery times for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are counted in business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the day your order ships. United States and Canada: Standard Shipping is $4.99, and FREE on orders of $30 or more. Estimated delivery time: 7 to 15 business days.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also follow your order from the Track Order page.

Duties and taxes

Depending on your location, sales tax, import duties or customs fees may apply. Any such charges not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping address

Please double-check your address when ordering. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, a new shipping fee may be charged to send it again.

Late, damaged or lost packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, or arrives damaged, email us at devilleneuvemadeleinepro@gmail.com with your order number (and photos if damaged). We will quickly find a solution: we reship your order or refund you.
